Utilities Included
We include electricity, garbage, heat, recycling and water in your monthly fixed rent. We have on site garbage and recycling waste bins in the basement.
Month to Month
All of our apartments are month to month with a 30 day move out notice policy. We find that our tenants appreciate the convenience of not having a long term lease they are committed to.
On Site Laundry
We have 24 hour on site washers and dryers conveniently located in the basement of the building. These machines are coin operated.
Security
Our buildings requires a security FOB to enter. Community areas on our property are monitored by video surveillance.
